Paul Avery with a nice 79cm build up Barra
Fished the low tide yesterday in the Little howard with Mark and Paul Avery. I am pleased to say it was the beast days fishing we have had in a while. It looks like the build up barra are just starting to play the game with some solid fish about. We landed five barra and a threadfin salmon. the biggest fish we landed was 79cm and Paul was gill raked by a 90cm plus fish. We missed a lot of fish dropping seven. They were biting right through the day taking live bait & lures. Crabs are a liitle patchy at the moment but there is always a feed to be had.
